Medipay + Salesforce Live
Every Medipay payment posts to Salesforce as a completed activity, matched to the patient's contact.
What syncs
- Each payment appears on the patient's Salesforce contact as a completed activity
- Matching is by the patient's email address
- Payments can also be started from Salesforce and sent to a card machine
How to connect
- In the Medipay portal open Settings and choose Connect Salesforce
- Sign in to Salesforce and approve Medipay for your org
- New payments post from that moment
Who it is for
Groups that run patient relationships in Salesforce and want payment history on the contact.
Payments still come in every way Medipay supports: pay links by email or text, the virtual terminal for phone payments, and card machines at reception. The integration is about where the record goes afterwards.
