A platform fee you can see. Card rates quoted for your practice, not from a rate card.
Two parts: a monthly platform fee for the portal, and a per-payment charge for card processing that we agree with you against your own statement.
The portal for your whole team: pay links, virtual terminal, instalment plans, patients, reporting, reconciliation, receipts, integrations and support.
- Your whole team, with admin, supervisor and staff roles and a permission matrix you control
- Pay links by email and text, batch links from a CSV
- Virtual terminal with pre-authorisation, refunds and voids
- Instalment plans collected automatically
- Reporting, payout reconciliation and exports
- Dentally, Cliniko, Semble, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks and Salesforce connections
- In-portal chat support and a person on email
A charge on each payment, agreed with you before you sign. We quote against a recent statement so you see your real effective rate next to what you pay today, not a headline rate on its own.
- Cards in person, over the phone and online, including Apple Pay
- Card machines supplied and configured where the practice needs them
- Settlement through FCA-regulated acquiring banks into your own account
- Every fee visible in payout reconciliation, line by line, next to the payment it belongs to
Not sure what you pay now? Work out your effective rate first, then send us the statement.
Why there is no rate card on this page
Two practices with the same headline rate can pay very different amounts, because per-payment fees, fixed charges and card mix do most of the work. A single published number would flatter some practices and mislead others. A quote against your real month does neither.
What happens when you ask
- Tell us about the practice and send a recent card statement
- We reply with a like-for-like comparison, line by line, usually within one business day
- If it works for you, we set the practice up; you can keep the old provider running until your first Medipay payout lands
